Dear bloggers....if anyone still comes here. . . I have been informed that my blog is in need of some seriouse TLC. As you can see I still have "back to school" motiff for a background and my family picture is over a year old.

My dear friend Kara informed me that she is taking over my blog as my new editor and from now on you will be dazzled with her whit and marvel at the many cute and wonderful collagues that she puts together! I hope you enjoy having weekly updates and pictures. . . I will tune in to answer your comments.

You are walking everywhere and exploring new things

You say 'dada' and 'ma ma'

You wave at everyone who walks by like they are your best friend.

You LOVE to play with other little kids

You are a social bug

You love to watch Curious George and Sesame Street

You are a Curious George

Your laugh makes everyone around you smile, and it brings more joy to your ma ma's heart then you will ever know

Roosevelt April 2010

This year was Briston's first time to Roosevelt. We usually go with Jeff's family but Grammy wasn't feeling to good so this year we went with friends. We had so much fun! We played in the big game room, roasted marshmallows, played down at the lake and enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather!
Briston and Karson always laugh and laugh whenever they are together! It is so cute to watch and listen to both of them squeal in delight as they tickle and play together!

K the ice cream here is INCREDIBLE!!! And you can't leave here without having some. So of
course we had to give Briston some :) It was his first taste of ice cream and he LOVED IT!! He ate and ate and ate. . . and so did mommy..he he he

Family Photo View from our house Roosevelt Lake

My good friend Sara and I bought our little boys matching outfits for the trip. Peyton and Briston are such good friends and we sure do miss them. We hope that you guys are loving living in Utah!

Briston's had was a little to big...story of his life.....and so we would flip the brim so that he could see what was going on. Right before I took the picture Jeff told me to wait so that he could flip his brim too and they could be "Gilligan's" together. I love my boys!!!

Eating at the restaurant there. Jeff is looking quite sexy here.....and our little 'Gilligan' is gnawing on the magnet that we bought for him. Man this kid puts EVERYTHING in his mouth. But it looks like he liked the taste :)

Camping and Bristons first Swim

Hello blogging world! Life goes by so quickly and my little boy is growing up so fast! He is 9 months old now and working on standing by himself. Today he discovered how to get into my cupboards, he was in toy heaven.

We went camping over Memorial Day weekend and Briston had so much fun. We went up to Black River and he was so busy discovering the trees looking at every sound and absolutly loving being around all of the kids! We were able to borrow Jeff's parents trailor and can I tell you how fabulous it is to have a toilet and a shower! Sheesh forget tent camping anymore. Jeff and I have seriously talked about buying one.

Anyways here are the pictures of our camping trip. Cant wait to to again, with a trailor of course. :)

Jeff and Briston down at Black River

We gave B a licorice and he DEVORED IT in no time. And was begging for more. It was everywhere on him and Jeff he kept licking his hands trying to get more. So cute!

Jeff fishing with the other kids there. He was on a roll and caught 5 fish. Yeah he was way excited. Of course this was B first fishing trip and Jeff wanted to have his little buddy out there fishing with him, ya know to show him the ropes. And the whole 4 hours we were there this is what B did.......

SLEEP and SLEEP and SSSSLLLEEEEPPP! Needless to say that night he didn't do any of that sleeping buisness.

Me and Briston the second time we went to Black River

K I love this picture! He is looking out the trailor windows and Jeff and laughing and laughing! So sweet!
K the kid with the stick was so funny. We were talking about his mom and her indian heritage and how they used to fish by using spears. So Conor decided that he was going to catch a fish by using his version of a 'spear'. He tried for hours......no luck poor guy.

Grammy and Papa bought this pool for the Grandkids to play in Briston went for his first swim and loved it. Those are little boats that he can play with. Grammy and Papa are so sweet they filled the pool with warm water from the house so Briston wouldn't be to cold. Thanks Grammy and Papa it is going to be a great summer filled with lots of swimming and swinging at your house!

SPRING!!

I went to the park today with my friend Peyton, our mom's pushed us in strollers and I showed Peyton how to go down the slide when he gets bigger. Then we went to Grammy and Papa's house and I gave my Dad one big nasty reason to give me a complete scrub down in the bath tub!!

Amos Family Reunion and Briston's First shot

Jeff's mom Roz had her family reunion in October in Phoenix. Auntie Kindy and cousin Briley came. Briston loved watching Briley and all of the kids at the reunion. We stayed at this amazing resort that I wish we had more time to just explore. I would love to go back in the summer when we can enjoy all of the pools and outdoor activities.

Briley is all tuckered out from playing at the park. Papa is always so good at getting the little ones to sleep.

I love her little hat! She is such a cute little girl! We miss you little bri bri!!

Auntie Kindy getting in some quality Briston time.

This is cousin Erin. She is so much fun and kept me laughing the whole time. Of course she had to get her snuggles in with the little man. Wow, he is really popular with the lady's :)

Briston had his first shot, he did pretty good. He cried just a little bit but overall did really good. And I only cried a little bit too. :)

And of course he is always full of smiles!!

Thanksgiving

It was a great Thanksgiving. We headed over to my moms house but unfortunatly there were some sickies there so we headed back home to have our own little Thanksgiving as a family. We stopped at good ol Walmart and Jeff ran in and purchased a Thanksgiving dinner that pretty much all you had to do was warm it up. Its no Craig ( my father in law) turkey but it was a fun Thanksgiving, our first as a family. Briston watching football. This crazy kid already likes to watch football

Our Thanksgiving dinner. Actually the potatoes we pretty good. I am NOT a 'premade' anything type of girl. But I gotta give props to Bob brand they were pretty good.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Massey's!

9 Year Anniversary

On December 14th was our nine year anniversary. I can't believe that it has been 9 years since I married this amazing man. I love you babe, and can't wait to spend many more years with you!

This year we had a little buddy come along! We went up to Greer but the Restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed! So we came home and had a picnic on our living room floor. This little guy was tuckered out from the 'long' ride home.

Sharing the love!

Light Parade and Gibbens Come and Visit

In early December we had our good friends the Gibbens family come and visit us. We went to the light Parade in town but Briston and I stayed inside cause it was FREEZING outside!

Sweet little Hallie always wanted to hold and rock Briston. And everytime she would he would fall right to sleep! When she gets older she is going to be the best babysitter.

Sweet little Marilee! Just so much fun and she has the sweetest smile! We just love when the Gibbens come to visit :)

Last is little Sara. She was getting in her loves on our little man! He was good practice because they are about to have a little brother of thier own to hold and love! After three girls Kevin and Britney are finally getting thier little man. We are so excited for them and that Briston will have a little friend to run around with when we come and visit them.

Catch Up!

These are our anniversary pics the story is below for some reason I can't get them to post together. But you get the idea.

December 13th Briston meet his auntie Kortney (and Jhett) for the first time. Jhett made a really comfy seat:) And Briston made his Auntie Kortney even more excited for her little guy to get here! Briston is 3 months old here.

December 14th. Our 9 year anniversary. I can't believe that it has been 9 years with my honey. And this year was the best of all cause we had our sweet little man with us! Well Jeff came home and brought me some beautiful lilly's. Then we got all dressed up and headed to Greer to eat at Molly Butlers. We we so excited because they were having a winter wonderland with Santa Clause and toy soliders. We drove up to the parking lot and it was completly empty! CLOSED!! We couldn't believe it! So we drove around and nothing was open! We've never been there when everything was closed. So weird. Anyways we headed home and decided to have a picnic on the living room floor. We got subway, had a picnic, and watched our little boy sleep. Best Anniversary ever!

At the begining of December we had a ward party and Briston met Santa Clause for the first time! He didn't really know what was going on but it was sure fun for Jeff and I to see him experiencing his first visit with Good 'Ol Saint Nick.
